14 Day exchange or refund policy

An exchange or refund of an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or simply unsuitable may be returned within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. All items returned must be inspected prior to the refund being authorized. Refunds and exchanges can be made at any West Pack lifestyle store under the following conditions:

* Original proof of purchase (i.e. the till slip) must be presented.

* The item being returned must be in the original packaging and the same condition in which it left the store (if not in original packaging a reasonable amount may be charged)

* The item many not be altered or tampered with in any way

* In the case of perishable items, even if the product was used within the first fourteen (14) days, West Pack Lifestyle is unable to do an exchange immediately as we will have to return the item to the supplier for testing prior to a decision being made

* Items marked down for clearance purposes (even if damaged) are sold "voetstoets) and will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

*If any items purchased in bulk from West Pack Lifestyle is returned within 14 days we will charge a 10% handling fee.

How we will refund you

West Pack Lifestyle processes refunds in the following ways:

* If the item is returned within the fourteen (14) day period with the proof of purchase, the refund will be made in accordance with the original payment method. Please note:

- Credit Card refunds
We will refund the customer's purchases on their credit card . Depending on which bank the customer's account is with, the refund can take up to seven (7) working days to reflect in his/ her bank account. Please note that no cash refund will be done when the original purchase was made on card and the refund will be made on their original card that the purchase was done on.

-EFT refunds
We are able to process and EFT however, depending on the store office procedures, this can take up to 3 working days to process and up to an additional seven (7) days to reflect in the customer's bank account. Proof of payment of the EFT must be emailed to the customer.

If proof of purchase is not presented and the store management decides to grant a refund, refund payments should only be processed in the form of an in-store voucher. Management shout authorize the issue of the store voucher to the value of the refund and this voucher can be redeemed against future purchases only in the West Pack Lifestyle stores form which it was issued.

Please note that it its he customer's responsibility to return the goods to the relevant West Pack Lifestyle store. West Pack Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any cost incurred by the customer in this regard.
